Dr Anna Moon,
Dr Anna Moon is a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with nearly 30 years of experience specializing in hand, wrist, and some elbow surgery. She trained across Europe and the UK, holds a PhD in micro-surgical re-plantation, and has performed over 100 hand and finger reattachment's. She has worked internationally, including with plastic surgeons in Abu Dhabi, and is active in teaching, research, and medico-legal work. Ms Moon sees private patients in Worcestershire and Warwickshire, treating conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren’s contractual, trigger fingers, arthritis, and nerve compression's.

Dr Xianghong Brett is a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in developing innovative medical solutions for sensing, actuation and manipulation instruments using the state of the art modelling, design and manufacturing methods integrated with advanced signal processing and system identification techniques.

Our company, Dactyl Limited, is a medical device company founded by two female professionals, Anna Moon a consultant orthopaedic hand surgeon and Xianghong Brett, a biomedical engineer. Both of us have 30 years of experience in our respective fields. We originally met as friends through our children. We quickly recognised that our unique skills combination could be applied in developing solutions for the healthcare market.
